Cancellation & Billing Policies

Cancellation and billing policies for the LDC Forum - Northeast and associated activities:

1. No refunds will be given on cancellations for the conference and/or activities after May 9, 2008.  After that date, a credit certificate redeemable for a future LDC Forum may be issued if advanced notification is given. 

2.  No refunds or credit certificates will be given on activities after May 16, 2008.  At that point, we will have guaranteed the number of attendees and are obligated for payment to our activity providers.

3. No shows (no advance notice of cancellation):  The LDC Forum reserves the right to not issue a refund or credit certificate for attendees that do not notify us in advance of the conference.

4. Substitutions allowed with advance notification (preferred) or on-site. 

5. Early Bird Discounts and special offers are awarded based on the date the registration and payment are received. 

6. Only one discount or special price offer applies per registration.  Sponsor passes are not eligible for Early Bird discounts.

7. No special discounts are available for single day attendance.

8. Activities and social events (golf, spa, tour, Beer Bash, keynote luncheon and cocktail party) are designed as networking events for our attendees and are not available without conference registration.
